Anastasia Moskaleva

International Partnerships Fellow, Open Gov Hub

Anastasia Moskaleva came to Open Gov Hub in January 2019 as an Atlas Corps Fellow because she is interested in issues related to transparency and accountability of governments in closed civic spaces, evaluation of social projects, and business models of NGOs. A member of Open Russia, her main goal is building democracy and rule of law in Russia.

Anastasia runs her own consulting business, MakFin Business Analytics, specializing in business plans, grant applications, statistical data processing, public procurement law consulting, and project management. She also runs the Moscow Research Institute of Standardization and Innovative Technologies, where she created a bill helping to avoid more than 25 corruption schemes in Russian procurement systems. In an effort to contribute to society more broadly, Anastasia also runs the Solilo fund, which provides several programs supporting education and culture.
