Michael Moses

Managing Director, Programs & Learning

Michael joined Global Integrity in October 2013, where he leads on the implementation of organizational strategy, including all programmatic work. He also leads on monitoring, evaluation, and learning in the organization. Before coming to Global Integrity, Michael lived in rural Bulgaria, where he worked with local nongovernmental organizations (NGOs) and municipal authorities on small business development. He has managed fieldwork investigating electoral strategies in Ireland, undertaken human rights advocacy work in India, and helped connect cultural entrepreneurs in rural Mexico. Michael also worked in South Africa, Kenya, and the Philippines. He holds a Master’s degree in International Development from Georgetown University, where his studies concentrated specifically on monitoring, evaluation, and learning, as well as governance. He has a Bachelor’s degree in political science and philosophy from the University of Notre Dame.
