Linkedin

Elsa is an Associate Director (Integrity & Anti-Corruption) leading the design, implementation and management of anti-corruption, governance and anti-kleptocracy projects. Supporting those at the frontline and being a voice for local actors is what drives Elsa’s passion for the work Global Integrity does to ensure citizens have their needs met. A human rights lawyer and governance advocate with over 12 years of operational and hands-on management, research, and policy advocacy experience helping underserved populations hold their governments accountable in challenging environments throughout the world. Recognized for a hustle and organized fast-paced approach, Elsa enjoys the challenge of planting seeds and building capacity. Always looking to learn new ways to operate and intervene, while building teams of champions who believe in the power of civil connections to tackle corruption and advance reform. When she’s not fighting the good fight, Elsa expresses her creativity in her homemade dishes, curating materials for her latest DIY, or still finding joy in endless rounds of Baby Shark.

Only together we can make ours a better, fairer world.
