Raquel Rubio Rodríguez
Director for Listening and Learning
Raquel is GI’s Director for Listening and Learning, responsible for ensuring that listening and learning are central to our work and culture, developing and implementing effective practices throughout our external engagement and internal processes. She specializes in tailoring evaluations and learning designs that truly reflect our partner’s information needs and context. She is skilled at synthesizing findings across a broad portfolio of programs and strategies. Raquel loves exploring the value of evidence and learning to contribute to emergent solutions and enjoys facilitating collaborative reflection across diverse teams, distilling actionable insights that make data useful, fun, and accessible to everyone. When she is not at work, Raquel is either busy with some crafts or exploring the world!
“I see listening and learning as an organization’s compass. Without them, it is hard to decide which path to take, or how to maintain the right direction along the way.”
Along with Andrew Haupt, Raquel Rubio is currently serving as an Interim Co-ED (Executive Director) of Global integrity during a short transition period of the new appointed ED coming onboard in early 2023, replacing Alan Hudson.
