Raquel is GI’s Director for Listening and Learning, responsible for ensuring that listening and learning are central to our work and culture, developing and implementing effective practices throughout our external engagement and internal processes. She specializes in tailoring evaluations and learning designs that truly reflect our partner’s information needs and context. She is skilled at synthesizing findings across a broad portfolio of programs and strategies. Raquel loves exploring the value of evidence and learning to contribute to emergent solutions and enjoys facilitating collaborative reflection across diverse teams, distilling actionable insights that make data useful, fun, and accessible to everyone. When she is not at work, Raquel is either busy with some crafts or exploring the world!
